Tenant Rental Process

Pre-approval

1. Complete Application and provide a holding deposit, a percentage of the Safety Deposit.
2. Provide identification and requested documentation
3. Provide references and emergency points of contact.
4. Undergo background investigation and application verification

Post-approval

1. Transfer utilities
2. Conduct property Walk-through
3. Pay full safety deposit and first month’s rent
4. Show proof of renter’s insurance
5. Sign Lease
6. Accept keys and property specific guidelines/instructions.
