  10. Coordination and oversight of any repairs and inspections.
  11. Accounting and bookkeeping to include a monthly statement.
  12. Maintain regulatory compliance and best practice with regards to market conditions, safety, and liability risk.
  13. Professional advice with regards to rental strategy and market value pricing.

Delivery of delinquent notices and conduct eviction procedures if/when necessary.

Average price is 8.5% of monthly rental fee, ask about our military and civil-servant discount.
